CHAPTER 6..(VALUING ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION...)

Assalamulaikum...happy to see you again...!!

Hmmm..everyday, we used a lot of information...sometimes, information is gathered from other people..and sometimes it gathered from document...whatever information, that is important to us to identify and differentiated..

Transactional Information is use to support the performing of daily operational tasks..before this, I did not know that withdrawing cash from ATM is one of the example of Transactional Information...actually, IT is everywhere...so, it proved that IT is a part of our life..



Furhermore, Analytical Information is to support the performing of managerial analysis tasks...we always hear about statistics, sales, product and trends..but, are we aware that that is a part of information..??

How to identify the high quality information...there is 5 common characteristic...which is ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CONSISTENCY, UNIQUENESS AND TIMELINESS...having a high quality information, it also give an effect to the company...this happened when wrong information can lead to making wrong decision...it will incurred a cost, time money and also reputations of that company..so, be careful...

CHAPTER 5..(ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES THAT SUPPORT STRATEGIC INITIATIVES...)

We meet again, as usual for this entry I would like to comment about chapter 5...

In this chapter, it shows how Chief Information Officer, Chief technology Officer, Chief Security Officer, Chief Privacy Officer and Chief Knowledge Officer is related to the IT strategic positions...

This IT Roles is important in order to ensure that strategic initiatives is success...each of this IT Roles have their own responsibilities towards organization...

But, there is a two fundamental building blocks that organizations must base their own business, that is ETHICS and SECURITY....

Ethics..?? most of people know about it..it is refer to our behavior...while privacy is the right to be alone when you want to be...we almost hear about it, but I did not know that privacy also used in IT..


How it happen?? as a student, we have a responsibility to do an assignment...in order to make it, we have to search an information in internet...so, we will copy the information from particular website without know that website is privacy...sometimes, we had found that certain website do not allowed us to copy their information..that is because the website is COPYRIGHT...



But there is a some website that allowed users to copy their information or documents...when I learn this chapter, I get a new knowledge that not all information can be copy..sometimes, it is a privacy in order to that company protect their company...

CHAPTER 4..(MEASURING THE SUCCESS OF STRATEGIC INITIATIVES............

Assalamualaikum..now, this is the time for me to comment about this chapter...

As we know,in order to measure the success of our planning, there is baseline metrics..In this chapter, I have learn two types of IT Metrics..that is Effectiveness and Efficiency...what is amazing about this?? Before this, I have worked as a cashier in 99 Speedmart...I never know how IT is used in checking a stock..but, after Miss Salina explain to us..I get it..It shows that IT is very important in business and also our life..

In this chapter, I have found that most of the people didn't know when we are using internet, it also involved an IT Metrics...sometimes, we get into hang during use a computer, here is how IT Metrics is used in order to help user for search an information..how it will give a benefit to the users..?

With the IT Metrics, it will help the business company especially to check and also make an order..IT Metrics is also important to achieve the vision and mission of the company...

Last but not least, with IT Metrics..our life become easier and everything is on your fingertip...

CHAPTER 3....STRATEGIC INITIATIVES FOR IMPLEMENTING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES...

Today, I will comment about the next chapter..That is about Strategic Initiatives for Implementing Competitive Advantages...For your information, all company has implement this strategic to make their business more successful...This strategic help organizations to improved their services towards customer..

As we know, in business..customer is the important sources to achieved organization goals..we can attract this customer by use all this strategic initiatives....

First of all, the company should attract their customer, so that the customer will loyal to them...how it work??that is by maintain their productivity and also a quality standards of the product...


By use CRM System, it will help an organization identify customers and design specific marketing campaigns tailored to each customer, thereby increasing customer spending..from this system, company can identify who is their loyal customer and at the same time will increased their profit...


In this chapter, I have also that by using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)..employees can make decisions by viewing enterprisewide information on all business operations..

KENANGAN SEWAKTU BEKERJA BERSAMA TEMAN2KU...........WITH NORSHUHADA MD ISA...

Mnjadi satu kewajipan bgku...tatkala cuti semester mnjelang,aq akn bekrja...slalunya mahasiswa sprtiku akn mnghbiskn cuti sem mreka d rumh brsama kluarga tp tdk pd diriku...ibu bapaku lbih gmar aq bkrja dr hnya duduk di rumah...wlau bagaimanapn, aq brsyukur krana dgn aq bkrja aq dpt meringankn bebn kdua ibu bapaku...

Pada mulanya, hmpir 2 mggu aq m'anggur d rumah lntaran keje yg aq pohon tlah pnuh...tp, ALHAMDULILLAH...brkat ksabaran dn prtolongan slah satu seniorku...akhirnya,aq dpt bkrja dn yg bestnya aq bkrja d dpartment yg sama dn brand yg sama...so, xda maslh bgku utk mlakukn smua keje d c 2...Mesti kalian trtnya2,apakh pkrjaan yg aq lakukn??aq brkrja d brand MIROZA..dpartment GENTS..yg mnjual wallet,tali pinggng dn jg tie iaitu accessories bg lelaki...

Waktu mggu prtama bkrja, aq slalu rhat sorg2...mana x nya aq xda kwn,kbnykkn dr rakanku dh brhnti keje waktu 2..huhuhu...(tinggllah aq brsendirian.........huhuhu...)

X d sangka2, aq trjumpa kmbali junior sek men ku...dn sjak itu,dia yg mnemani aq tiap kali waktu rhat...hehehhe...

Selang bbrapa hari kmudian,barulah rakan2 seangkatan dgnku bkrja d tmpat yg sama dgnku...iaitu azrin,nora,jiha n shuhada.....

Stlah hmpir sebuln aq bkrja d c 2...aq m'enali lbh ramai org dn jg latarblakng.............m'enali mereka byk m'ajar aq tentang khidupn yg tdk slalu indah...btullh kata org..."JAUH PERJALANAN, LUAS PEMANDANGAN...." d c 2, aq m'enali mereka yg lbih brumur drku...dr mereka, byk kata2 nasiht yg aq trima trmasuklh dr p'awal keselamatn d c 2...:-)

Alhamdulillah...syukur ke hadrat Illahi,dgn izinnya dpt aq kmbali m'nulis stlah lama rasanya aq m'diamkn diri...huhu...(agk sibuk dgn assgnment.....,huhu...)

Hari bahagia buat kakakku yg kdua krana bakal brtunang dgn pilihn hatinya...aq gmbira utknya...akhirnya dia brtemu jua dgn jodoh yg tlah dtetapkn utknya..smoga ikatan pertunangan ini akn dlanjutkn dgn mmbina masjid pd 21 sept 2012 (mood: giliran aq bila lg??huhuhu.....)

Dn mnjd kbiasaan kami adk bradk utk brgtong royong mmbrsihkn rumah,hias hntaran...dn jg ,mmasak...
Mlm sblum 2 jg kami satu kluarga tdr lmbt krana mnyiapkn hantaran...pihak permpuan mnyediakn 5 dulang hntaran berbals 3...kami lah yg mnjdi tulang blakang dlm mnyiap dn mnghias hantaran pd mlm itu...(SYABAS BATE....:-) )

Keesokannya, kami adk bradk brsama kluarga brtungkus lumus mnyiapkn juadah utk tetamu dr pihak lelaki...prtama kali rasanya aq rasa bgitu teruja utk mlihat sesi berbalas pantun tatkala pihak lelaki tiba drumah kami jam 2.30 ptg...ayahku pula aq tgk agk gmntar ,mana x nya itu prtma kali org dtg merisik...huhuhu...

Stlah hmpir 2 jam brbals dgn pihak lelaki, Alhamdulillah, jam 4.30 ptg..kak ngahku kini akhirnya mnjadi tunangan org...TAHNIAH aq ucpkn.....
